This class will consist of intense Heavy Bag and Thai Pad workouts. Elbow and Knee strikes, Thai Clinching, Evasion and Counter Striking will be introduced as well as light sparring we call "play kicking". Extensive body conditioning is part of this class.
Shin-guards, mouth piece, protective cup, headgear and 16 oz gloves are mandatory.
