This class will consist of intense Heavy Bag and Thai Pad workouts. Elbow and Knee strikes, Thai Clinching, Evasion and Counter Striking will be introduced as well as light sparring we call "play kicking". Extensive body conditioning is part of this class.
Proper equipment in good condition is mandatory: (shin guards, mouth piece, head gear, 16oz gloves, protective cup) .
